How to gain administrator access on super blocked laptop?

I got a laptop but it has heaps of blocks. So you can’t run games and there are lot’s of blocked sites. I need to gain access to the Administrator account. I can change the Administrator account in user accounts cause access denied always pops up. And in cmd access denies alot of commands. I can’t right click on cmd and run it as Administrator. Is there anyone better with computers then me that can help? By the way it’s vista.

The only way is to use the command prompt to hack it. But since you can’t do that, you need to format the computer.

Boot your computer with your WIndows XP installation disc. After a few minutes, it will prompt you to format your computer. Do so.

    I recommend giving up, blocks are there for a reason…
