Q: How often will my child’s file be updated?
A: It will be updated on an annual basis upon renewal.

Q: Will my child identification card be returned to me?
A: Yes, it will be sent back to you via 1st class US mail.

Q: How long does it take to post my child’s electronic ID card?
A: It will be posted within 5 business days of recieving the Identification fingerprint card.

Q: Will anybody else have access to my child’s personal profile information?
A: No, you will be given your own identification number and security code. Your child’s information will only be accessible to those that you have granted access to.

Q: After renewal, will I need to return my Identification fingerprint card to have the electronic ID card updated?
A: No, we will only update information that changes from year to year. (i.e. Height, Weight, Photo)

Q: Can I scan and send Child ID Access my information?
A: Only upon renewal will you be able to send us updated information via email. You may send an updated picture and other vital statistics that have changed.

Q: Does it cost me to store my child’s information every year even if I do not wish to update?
A: Yes, the yearly fee is a hosting and storage charge. The one time setup fee covers your updates as long as you keep your annual subscription.

Q: What if I decide that I no longer want my child’s information online?
A: If for any reason you decide that you do not want your child’s information online you may contact us and we will immediately dispose of your child’s personal information.

Q: What happens to my child’s information if something critical happens to me?
A: When you subscribe you give us your email address and an alternate email address. We suggest that the alternate email address belongs to another family member or legal guardian.

Q: How do I update my information?
A: We save you the hassle, and the risk of altering your own profile. All updates are done by an experienced Child ID Access employee upon your annual renewal.

Q: How do I retrieve a lost password/security code?
A: For your protection the only way to retrieve a lost password is to contact us. We will then assist you in accessing your child’s information.

Q: What happens to my account if I do not renew when my annual subscription has expired?
A: If you fail to renew your service contract with childidaccess.com after 60 days your access will terminate. There will be a charge of $25.00 for reactivation. If you do not choose to reactivate your service, your child's records will be removed from the site and destroyed for your child's protection.

Q: How do I know that your site is secured?
A: We have taken drastic measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your loved ones information under our control. With the help of multiple companies, and excellent security measures you can rest assured that your loved ones information is safe and secure under the control of Child ID Access.
